Inheritance and Innovation:The Development Path of Archival Discipline Under the Background of Renaming the First-level Discipline
In the context of the renaming of the first-level discipline,archival discipline is on the cusp of discipline reform.It is of great significance to discuss the future development path of archival discipline.The renaming of the first-level discipline provides more powerful support,expands the development space for archival discipline,and optimizes the talent cultivation system of archival discipline.At the same time,the status of the archival discipline may be marginalized,its independence and core curriculum may be weakened,and the crisis in source of students is aggravated.Therefore,the development path of inheritance and innovation of the archival discipline is proposed.On the one hand,we should stick to the fundamentals and constantly optimize the construction of archival disciplines.That is,to embrace the mission to address and guide societal needs;to keep the original intention,and focus on the fundamentals of archival research;to ground the work in local practices and promote autonomous innovation within archival discipline.On the other hand,we should take the opportunity of renaming to seek new growth points of archival discipline.That is,to promote integration of disciplines and expand the research vision of archival discipline,to cooperate and open up to cultivate a wider range of discipline communities,to focus on the long-term and explore the new layout of discipline education.
