The Construction Orientation and Development Approach of Archives Under the Background of National Cultural Digitization Strategy
The introduction of the national cultural digitization strategy has not only provided a direction for the development of public cultural digitization in China,but also offered essential guidance and principles for the resource integration and service transformation of archives.It represents a significant strategic opportunity in the new era,driving the in-depth development of archives and facilitating a leap in value realization.Focusing on the guiding ideology and basic principles of the national cultural digitization strategy,this paper analyzes the construction orientation of archives under the new strategic background from the aspects of resource vitality,technical power,sharing ability and governance effectiveness.On this basis,this paper outlooks the development path for archives to implement the national cultural digitisation strategy and achieve high-quality transformation of cultural digitization:establishing an interconnected cultural resource repository for archives,strengthening the digital infrastructure of archival culture,establishing a highly accessible archives service platform,introducing innovative scenarios for archives service consumption,and coordinating the development pace of the archival cultural industry.
