Paths for Archives to Facilitate Modern Rural Governance in the Context of the Theory of Dual Values:Reflections Based on the Practical Experience of Zhangjiagang
The modernization of rural governance is a goal desired by the CPC,needed by the country,and anticipated by the people,requiring the proactive integration and active participation of archival forces.On the one hand,archives and rural governance have a symbiotic relationship of"interactive coexistence,collaborative development and indivisible".On the other hand,from the perspective of the theory of dual values in archives,archives and archival work,based on their ontological tools and information value,can empower rural governance to develop in-depth towards refinement,democratization,and moral education.Based on Zhangjiagang City,a national excellent pilot case of serving rural governance with archives,this paper analyzes and summarizes its grassroots practice experience in the context of China's unique dual value theory in archives science,hoping to add impetus to rural governance practices around the country.
