The Current Review and Improvement Path of Electronic Archive Security Legislation in China
Archive security is an important aspect of national security,and electronic archive security is of utmost importance.The systematic construction of legal system is a key link in improving the modernization level of electronic archive security governance.Through a comprehensive and systematic review of the current status of electronic record security legislation,it was found that the institutional arrangement of China's electronic record security legislation system lacks comprehensiveness,contains flaws in its content,and demonstrates insufficient governance efficiency.In the future,China should take the overall national security concept,targeted governance,and dynamic equilibrium of legal interests as the legal basis,and systematically promote the systematic construction of electronic archives security legislation from four dimensions of general law,special law,diversified law and legal coordination,so as to promote the modernization of the overall governance system and governance capacity of archives security through the modernization of the legislative capacity of electronic archives security.
