Research on the Practical Framework for Archival Department's Participation in Government Data Governance and Its Prospects
The research aims to identify the basic situation of archival department's participation in government data governance and to propose a directional outlook.Based on literature review and web-based survey,an action framework for government data governance is constructed.Subsequently,typical cases are collected and sorted out to form a practice framework and develop a key point analysis.It is revealed that the cognition of framework is aligned with the general requirements of government data governance,the participation space is explored at multiple levels according to cognitive points,and the pathways is a breakthrough based on the system participation space.Based on the existing deficiencies,the prospects for the practice framework are proposed:enriching the cognition to extend the construction base;expanding the participation space to extend the framework and optimizing the pathways to enhance the feasibility.
