Value Co-creation of Archives Public Service Driven by Digital Intelligence:Value,Mode and Path
Big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other"digital intelligence"technologies drive the value co-creation of archives public services to advance in depth.Taking the"digital society"as the background,it is pointed out that the co-creation of the value of archives public services driven by digital intelligence is conducive to achieving the creative transformation of archival resources,promoting the efficiency of archives public services,and highlighting the humanization of archives public services,and explores three modes of the value co-creation of archives public service driven by digital intelligence in combination with theory and practice:the data-centered customization mode,the co-creation mode with crowdsourcing as the form and the ecological mode with the metauniverse as the carrier.On the basis of summing up their common characteristics,this paper puts forward optimization strategies from value empowerment,data empowerment and system empowerment to promote the efficiency of archives public service and the modernization of archives governance system and governance capacity.
