The Crowdsourcing Framework and Implementation Strategy for Historical Archives Resources Based on Process Management
The successful application of crowdsourcing, grounded in public participation in governance, has garnered significant attention within the academic community, particularly in the realm of historical archives.A combination of on-site visits and questionnaire surveys conducted on the national archives system revealed that concern about the quality of crowdsourcing outcomes has become a key factor affecting the application of crowdsourcing models. As a result,it becomes imperative to fortify the top-level design and quality control of historical archives crowdsourcing, establishing a comprehensive framework that encompasses all horizontal elements and vertical processes through process management.Under the guidance of this framework, progressing in accordance with the workflow, specific strategies for implementation are explored in three aspects:preliminary preparation,mid-term task execution and management, and post-audit of results and rewards.Simultaneously, integrating crowdsourcing evaluation and continuous improvement throughout the entire project proves instrumental in mitigating crowdsourcing risks and enhancing both the quality and benefits of crowdsourcing.
