Exploring the Transformation Path of Archival Government Services from the Perspective of Citizen Needs:Taking the Message Data of the Government Website as An Example
In order to explore the path of standardization, normalization and facilitation of archival government service, and make archives create greater economic and social value, this study, based on the public service theory and public choice theory, explores the archival government service path from the perspective of citizen needs.Topic mining and sentiment analysis methods are used to analyze the citizen archival message data on the website of The State Council of the People's Republic of China and 22 provincial government websites of China. The research findings reveal that, given the limitations of government intervention, the existing"extensive"supply model of archival government services has failed to achieve efficient service delivery and high satisfaction levels.Consequently, there is a need for a transformation in the path of archival government services, shifting from a"top-down"supply-driven model to a"bottom-up"demand-oriented model.
