Research on the Construction of Data Archivization Model Based on the U-shaped Curve Theory
Data archivization is a new field in which data management and archive management interact with each other.Grounded in the backdrop of resource state transformations provided by the U-shaped curve theory,the article aims to get insight of the connotation and mechanism of data archivization.On the basis of sorting out the origin of archivization ideas,the article uses deductive and inductive logic to analyze that data archivization is the process driven by diverse entities to facilitate the semantic shift of data,thereby unlocking the evidentiary value of data.Combined with the path to realize data value,the article constructs three data archivization modes,namely semantic presetting,semantic solidification and semantic escalation,with the support of basic activities such as data acquisition and data archiving,which demonstrates the gradual promotion of releasing the evidentiary value of data through semantic shifting.The model will help to apply archival wisdom in the data era and give full play to the value of data elements.
