Research on Function Optimization of Personal Digital Archiving Tools from the Perspective of Evidence Storage
Personal digital archiving is an important way for the public to record evidence and retain memory.This paper combines relevant theoretical and practical basis both domestically and internationally to construct a model for the evidence storage function of personal digital archiving tools,which includes basic usage functional domain,archiving requirement functional domain,and evidence storage requirement functional domain.Using the model as a reference,this paper investigates the current status of the evidence storage function setting of personal digital archiving tools commonly used in China,and finds that there are some problems such as lack of professional guidance standards,incomplete function setting,unclear rights and responsibilities of stakeholders.Based on this,the optimization path of the evidence storage function of personal digital archiving tools is proposed from four aspects:strengthening normative guidance,adding evidence storage modules,clarifying the allocation of rights and responsibilities,and strengthening evidence storage assistance.
