Court electronic archives are formed in the judicial field and should be managed towards serving the judiciary.Beyond serving as records of information,court electronic archives have a triple value positioning of"standardization-data-medium".To fully leverage its value,court electronic archives should adhere to the nature of litigation services,with the development direction of serving convenient and efficient litigation operations,intelligent judicial trials,and"guarantee oriented"trial supervision.In the era of big data,the archival management of electronic files can assist judges in exploring the deep application of electronic files in similar case judgments.Therefore,electronic archives should replace judicial documents as the data source for case retrieval,and electronic archive databases should be used to connect with case assistance systems;Update the logic of archive application,use electronic archives to assist in the intelligence of judgments,and achieve the mode of"machines handling cases and judges evaluating cases".At the same time,we should strengthen the action plan design,standardize the generation and reference rules of electronic archives,and improve the effectiveness of class case retrieval.
