Research on the Ideas of Archive Documents Arrangement Based on Historical Narrative:The Case of Historical and Archive Documents Research of Yunnan Military Academy
This article takes the historical and archive documents of Yunnan Military Academy as an example to discuss the ideas of archive documents arrangement from the perspective of historical narrative.The author thinks that from the perspective of historical narrative,the organization of archive documents should include connotations such as"restoring the development process of historical existence","maintaining and reconstructing the continuity between archive documents",and"paying attention to the fine-grained data organization of archive documents".The unity of the two in terms of structure,dimensions,inquiry into historical facts,and text processing activities serves as the logical foundation for making historical narrative the core of archive document organization concepts.Arranging archive documents based on historical narratives and their needs is not only beneficial for constructing standards of archive documents arrangement,achieving archive documents systematicity and coherence,but also for understanding the social context in which they are formed and retained,promoting the shift of arranging work towards text,and completing the practical tasks of seeking,identifying,and arranging documents.
