Empathic Communication of Red Archives Culture:Problem Analysis,Operation Mechanism and Strategy Optimization
Empathic communication contributes to the realization of efficient communication of red archives culture.This paper argues that there are some problems in the empathic communication of red archives culture,such as emphasizing on the elements of communication content while neglecting other elements,focusing on the updating of communication methods while neglecting the matching of content,and emphasizing on the unidirectional communication output without interactive feedback.On this basis,it analyzes the external generation mechanism and internal process mechanism of empathic communication of red archives culture,and proposes the optimization strategies of digging into the elements of empathy and innovating communication expression,constructing media matrix and making good use of communication technology,enhancing interactive experience and paying attention to audience feedback.
