档案智能编研的内涵阐释与模式构建研究

摘要
档案编研具有挖掘和激活档案文化资源、打造档案文化精品、建设和弘扬档案文化的重要作用,是档案事业融入文化数字化战略和数字文化建设大潮的切入点和发力点之一.文章在梳理档案编研发展历程和现实需求的基础上,围绕解决档案编研痛点,从主体、客体、手段和成果四个方面分析档案智能编研的变化,总结出其机械化、去经验化、知识化的内涵特征和从劳动密集向机械密集、从以编为主向以研为主、从批量制作向个性定制转变的三大形式特征变化,并围绕资源层、数据层、知识层、技术层、功能层构建了档案智能编研模式,以指导档案智能编研实践.
Abstract
Archives compilation plays an important role in excavating and activating archives cultural resources,creating exquisite works of archives culture,and constructing and carrying forward archives culture.And this is one of the entry points and strength points for the archives career to integrate into the cultural digitization strategy and the tide of digital cultural construction.Based on the review of the development history and practical needs of archives compilation,focusing on solving the pain points of archives compilation,this paper analyzed the changes of intelligent archives compilation from four aspects:subject,object,means and results.It summarized the connotation characteristics of mechanization,non-empirical and intellectualization,and the changes of three formal characteristics from labor intensive to machinery intensive,from compilation to research,and from batch production to individual customization.Then,this paper constructed the archives intelligent compilation mode around the resources layer,data layer,knowledge layer,technology layer and function layer,so as to guide the practice of archives intelligent compilation.
