民营经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,民营经济档案工作也是国家档案事业的重要组成部分.档案主管部门在对民营经济档案进行监管时,要遵循合法、适用、效益三项原则,树立生态发展、自主管理、规范引领、适度监管理念,从实际出发,做好档案宣传、指导服务、协作联动、典型培育、资源建设五方面工作,推动民营经济档案工作与民营经济组织协同发展.
Abstract
Private economy is an important part of socialist market economy,and the archives work of private economy is also an important part of national archival undertaking.When supervising the archives of private economy,the archival administration department should follow the three principles of legality,applicability and effectiveness,establish the conception of ecological development,autonomous management,normative guidance and moderate supervision,proceed from the reality,do a good job in five aspects:archives propaganda,guidance help,cooperation and integration,examples setting,and resource construction,and promote the collaborative development of private economic archives work and private economic organizations.
