金沙江流域云南松林主要树木种群种间联结性探讨

通过2×2联列表,运用联结系数、共同出现百分率、点相关系数以及X2统计量等多种指标分别测定了云南金沙江流域云南松林17个主要树木种群在取样面积分别为100 m2和400 m2时的种间联结性.结果表明:取样面积不同,种间联结性差异显著.在34对具有明显正联结关系的种对中,有4对仅在取样面积为100 m2时才表现为明显的正联结,有14对在取样面积为100m2和400m2时都表现为明显的正联结,有16对仅在取样面积为400 m2时才表现为明显的正联结.取样面积为400 m2时,其种间明显正联结星座图恰好反映了主要种群对生境的适应性,更能如实反映云南松林群落主要种群种间联结性特征.
Interspecific Association of Main Tree Populations in Pinus yunnanensis Community in Yongren Prefecture of Jinshajiang River Drainage Area
The interspecific association of 17 main tree populations in Pinus yunnanensis community in Yongren prefecture of Yunnan province were studied at 100 m2 and 400 m2 size quadrates based on 2 × 2 contingency table and different indices such as association coefficient (AC) , percentage of co - occurrence ( PC ) , point correlation coefficient ( φ) and X2 test. The results showed that the difference of interspecific association was obvious in different size quadrates. Among the 34 species - pairs of obviously positive association, there were four species - pairs only in 100 m2 size quadrates, 15 species - pairs both in 100 m2 and 400 m2 size quadrates and 16 species - pairs only in 400 m2 size quadrates. The constellation diagram showing obviously positive association of main tree populations in 400 m2 size quadrates reflected the adaptability of main tree populations to the habits just right, so the quadrates of 400 m2 could exactly display the characters of interspecific association of main tree populations in Pinus yunnanensis community.
