Effects of Foliar Spray of Abscisic Acid on the Several Physiological Indexes of Populus alba × Populus
The effects of foliar spray of abscisic acid with different concentrations were studied under drought stress by using 2 -year - old Populus alba × Populus seedlings as testing materials. The result showed that abscisic acid could slower the decrease of water potential and soluble protein content of leaves in various degrees. Abscisic acid had different influences on the content of dissociative proline and cell membrance - lipid peroxidation.
