猪牙花种球在低温破眠中几种生理指标的变化

猪牙花种球在促成栽培中存在破眠困难的问题,本试验以2009年5月份猪牙花种球为试验材料,通过两种不同低温(3~5℃和6~10℃)的处理,取样以10 d为间隔,研究其鳞茎及附属物中物质 (淀粉、可溶性糖、还原糖和可溶性蛋白)质量分数随时间的动态变化,探索出打破休眠的最佳时段.结果表明: 冷藏60 d时,淀粉质量分数明显下降,可溶性糖和还原糖质量分数上升,可溶性蛋白质量分数围绕对照点上下波动,但中间有明显的升高;猪牙花种球不同部位的淀粉、可溶性糖、还原糖和可溶性蛋白质量分数,在不同冷藏温度下变化均有明显差异,变化幅度以3~5℃处理的大于6~10℃处理的;猪牙花种球在3~5℃下冷藏30~40 d可破眠.
Abstract
Erythronium, japonicum bulbs were sampled in every ten days in May 2009 and stored in wet sand for 60 days at low temperatures (3-5 degrees C and 6-10 degrees C). The optimal period of time for dormancy release of E, japonicum bulbs was studied according to the dynamics in contents of starch, soluble sugar, reducing sugar and soluble protein in bulbs and its appendages with time. Results showed that, after the bulbs were stored for 60 days, the starch content decreased obviously, the contents of soluble sugar and reducing sugar increased, and the soluble protein content fluctuated a-round the control point with a distinct increase during storage. There were marked differences in contents of starch, soluble sugar, reducing sugar and soluble protein in different parts of E. japonicum bulbs under different low temperatures. The changing range at 3-5 degrees C were larger than that at 6-10 degrees C. E. japonicum bulbs were able to break dormancy after stored for 30-40 days at 3-5 degrees C.
