连香树雌雄株叶片形态及生理生化指标比较

研究了四川省凉山彝族自治州甘洛县马鞍山自然保护区连香树雌雄株叶片形态和生理指标,结果显示:与雌株相比,连香树雄株的叶片表面积、鲜质量、干质量分别高出56.08%、72.22%和80.05%;连香树雄株叶长、叶宽分别比雌株高出12.60%、36.88%;与雌株相比,连香树雄株叶片的叶绿素、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸质量分数、SOD活性分别高出47.22%、9.76%、71.57%、29.67%,但丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度比雌株低49.90%.连香树雌雄株在叶片形态特征和生理特性等方面均存在显著的性别间差异.
Morphological Characteristics and Physiological-Biochemical Indexes of Male and Female Cercidiphyllum japonicum
The research was conducted to analyze the morphological characteristics and physiological indexes between the male and female Cercidiphyllum japonicum in Ma' anshan Nature Reserve located in the Ganluo County, Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province. The results show that leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of the male plants are 56. 08% larger, 72. 22% heavier and 80. 05% heavier, respectively, than those of the female ones. The leaf length and leaf width of the male plants are 12. 60% longer and 36. 88% bigger than those of the female ones, respectively. The total content of Chlorophyll in male plant leaves is 47. 22% higher than those in female ones. The soluble sugar content, the free Pro content and SOD of male plants are 9. 76% , 71. 57% and 29. 67% , respectively, more than those of female ones, but the MDA content in male plants is 49. 90% lower than those of female ones. Therefore, there are significant gender differences in morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical indexes of C. japonicum.
