不同贮藏条件对紫玉兰花粉保护酶活性及萌发率的影响

研究了室温、4、-20和-70℃4种贮藏温度和0、10、20、30和40d5种贮藏时间对紫玉兰花粉生活力及过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:紫玉兰花粉的最佳温度为-20和-70℃,贮藏时间为40d,此时花粉保持较高的萌发率和较强的自我保护机制;在贮藏过程中,3种保护酶的变化趋势不同,且其作用机制也不同,超氧化物歧化酶活性对花粉萌发率的影响作用大于过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶,过氧化物酶活性的作用大于过氧化氢酶活性的.
Effects of Different Storage Conditions on Germination Rate and Protective Enzymes Activity of Magnolia liliflora Desr.Pollen
The research was conducted to investigate the effects of four storage temperatures (room temperature, 4 ℃,-20 ℃ and-70 ℃) and five storage times (0, 10 days, 20 days, 30 days and 40 days) on Magnolia liliflora Desr.pollen germination and activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD).The results showed that Magnolia liliflora Desr.pollen can remain a high germination proportion and strong self protection mechanism for 40 days at-20 ℃ and-70 ℃.During storage period, the change trend and the mechanism of three protective enzymes are different.SOD enzyme has greater effect on pollen germination rate than POD and CAT enzyme, and POD enzyme has greater effect on pollen germination rate than CAT enzyme.
