毛竹弦向断裂韧性

摘要
用三点弯曲法研究带有初始裂纹的毛竹弦向的I型断裂行为。利用COD规测量试件的裂纹张开位移,确定试件裂纹尖端的扩展位移,得到载荷-位移曲线,并利用刚度割线法确定临界载荷PQ 的值,测定竹材的断裂韧性。结果表明:毛竹具有良好的断裂韧性,本实验中测得KIC平均值为17.10 MPa· m1/2。在显微镜下观察裂纹破坏模式,可知裂纹扩展并不是按照既定裂纹开口方向,而会沿纤维界面扩展。
Abstract
We studied the moso bamboo with initial crack of typeI by three point bending method.With COD gauge, we meas-ured the crack opening displacement to determine the crack tip extended displacement of the specimen and correct the in-dentation.We got a load-displacement curve and PQ by stiffness correction method.The bamboo has good fracture tough-ness, and the average is 17.10 MPa· m1/2 .Under the microscope, the crack propagation is not established in accordance with the crack opening direction and can extend along the fiber interface.
