春石斛继代培养主要影响因素

以春石斛品种‘火鸟’( Dendrobium nobile ‘Huoniao ’)茎段诱导出的侧芽为试验材料,研究了基本培养基、植物生长调节剂、不同氮素的比例与水平、有机添加物对春石斛丛生芽增殖的影响。结合生长情况,选出最适宜的增殖培养基。结果表明,丛生芽增殖培养适宜的基本培养基为1/2MS;添加0.10 mg? L-1的TDZ和0.10 mg? L-1的NAA可得到较高的增殖系数;以1/2MS基本培养基中的氮素为对照,改变氮素的比例与水平,均对春石斛的增殖有一定的抑制作用;有机添加物以添加100 g? L-1的马铃薯泥促进效果较好。
Abstract
We used mixed buds by inducing stem section of Dendrobium nobile‘Huoniao’ as the materials to study the effects of basic media , plant growth regulators , different levels of N and different organic additives on the plantlets multiplication . Combined with the status of growth, we chose the best multiplication media.The best basic media for multiplication is 1/2MS. Adding 0.10 mg? L-1 TDZ and 0.10 mg? L-1 NAA, we can obtain a higher proliferation rate .Compared to N of 1/2MS basic media , changing the proportion and levels of N has certain inhibitory effects on the plantlets multiplication .Adding mashed potato 100 g? L-1 has a better effect on promoting multiplication .
