Characteristics of Soil Nutrient, Salt Accumulation of Ganjiahu Haloxylon National Nature Reserve in Xinjiang
With vegetation coverage C≥70%( HC) , 50%≤C<70%( MC) , 30%≤C<50%( LC) and non-wood land ( NL) in four types of woodland in Xinjiang Ganjiahu Haloxylon Nature Reserve, we measured and analyzed the spatial distribu-tion characteristics of soil nutrients and soil salinity from 0 to 100 cm.The organic matter contents of four woodlands were all not high, with 2.70-6.90 g· kg-1 .The correlation between the contents of total nitrogen, phosphorus and available ni-trogen, phosphorus, potassium with organic matter in soil was positive significant ( P<0.001) , and the ratios of total phos-phorus and nitrogen with organic matter were similar (0 .033 0, 0.033 2) .Available phosphorus and available potassium were obvious in the soil surface, and the soil available phosphorus content in 0<H≤20 cm soil layer of HC, MC, LC and NL accounted for 28.2%, 40.5%, 40.5%and 28.2%respectively, and available potassium content accounted for 41.8%, 30.1%, 34.2%and 40.6%, respectively.pH value of soil profile in four Haloxylon woodlands was greater than 8, and total salt content in0<H ≤10 cm and 60 cm<H≤100 cm soil layers were higher than that in 20 cm<H≤60 cm middle layer.Cl-and SO2-4 were the main anions, and Na+and Ca2+were the main cations in the soil. Therefore, the soil quality of woodland with higher organic matter and available nutrient content of woodland, but with lower soil salinity, was better than that of non-wood land.
