马尾松内生真菌的分离鉴定及多样性1)

采用组织块法从马尾松( Pinus massoniana)根、茎和叶中共分离出102株不同形态型的内生真菌,经显微形态观察,将其鉴定为11个属,分属于6科6目4纲3门。其中根部12株涉及6个属,茎部23株涉及9个属,叶部67株涉及11个属。毛霉属( Mucor)和木霉属( Trichoderma)为马尾松内生真菌中的优势属。马尾松内生真菌广泛存在于植株的根、茎、叶中,具有丰富的生物多样性;在不同器官上的种群和数量分布存有明显差异性,从叶部分离到的内生真菌数量和涉及属的数目最多,茎部次之,根部最少。
Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Pinus massoniana and Their Diversity
By means of tissue block method, one hundred and two strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from roots, stems and leaves of Pinus massoniana.They belonged to 11 genera, 6 families, 6 orders, 3 classes, 3 phyla, by morphological iden-tification.Twelve strains of six genera were isolated from roots, 23 strains of 9 genera from stems, and 67 strains of 11 gen-era from leaves.Mucor and Tir chodre ma were the dominant species.The endophytic fungi distributed in roots, stems and leaves of Pinus msa soniana, and the species had broad biodiversity.The quantity and species of the endophytic fungi had great difference among different organs of Pinus massoin ana, with leaves ranking the first, followed by stems and roots.
