Biology Characteristics of a Wild Lepista nuda from Zuojia Protection Zone
In order to explore the biology characteristics of local wild Lepista nuda, we studied biology characteristics of Lepista nuda mycelium from seven influencing factors including temperature, pH value, carbon source, nitrogen source, mono-chromatic light, inorganic salt and vitamin. The most suitable growth temperature, for this bacterial strain was 20℃, the most suitable pH value was 6.0, and the most suitable carbon and nitrogen source were maltose and beef extract, respec-tively.It is beneficial for the growth of mycelium by applying appropriate lighting, and favorable for the growth of mycelium by adding a certain amount of magnesium sulfate and VB1.The best growth conditions for mycelium are maltose, 20℃, 6.0 of pH, VB1, beef extract, magnesium sulfate and blue light.
