Genetic Variation of Chinese Pine 24 Source by Monoterpene Component Analysis
With two-year shoots of needles from 24 provenances of Chinese pine tree, by monoterpene component analysis, we studied the relationship between a source component variant specific integrated terpene and geographical space.Camphene relative content variation among provenances was larger, and there was significant geographical variation trend for the relative content in a significant range of the distribution area of Pinus tabulaeformis. There are significant differences between provenances of P.tabulaeformis, which can be divided into four groups including the northern group, the central group, the southwest group and the Shandong group, and the groups of monoterpene components are significantly differentiated. There is obvious geographic variation between the contents of α-pinene, camphene and β-pinene and other ingredients, and the latitude and longitude of the origin source.
