对SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5压敏电阻电气性能的改良研究

SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5压敏电阻的泄漏电流较大,导致压敏电阻在正常工作时发热严重,并引起了非线性系数降低,保护水平下降,无法直接应用于避雷器中.因此就降低SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5压敏电阻的泄漏电流作了进一步研究,期望改善其电气性能.经研究发现,当采取0.05(摩尔分数)Cr2O3和0.05 Sb2O3共掺杂时,电阻内部无第二相结构存在,晶粒紧密贴合,微观结构较为均匀.此时SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5压敏电阻的综合电气性能也最好,其电压梯度高,达到了423 V/mm;泄漏电流最小,为0.33μA/cm2;非线性系数最高,达到了33.36.
Improvement of Electrical Properties of SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5 Varistor
The leakage current of the SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5 varistor is large,which leads to the serious heating of the varistor during normal operation,resulting in the decrease of the nonlinear coefficient and protection level,and cannot be directly used in the lightning arrester.In order to improve the electrical performance of SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5 varistor,the leakage current of SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5 varistor was further studied in this paper.It is found that when 0.05%(mole fraction,the same below)Cr2O3 and 0.05% Sb2O3 are co-doped,there is no second phase structure in the resistance,the grains are closely fitted,and the microstructure is relatively uniform.The comprehensive electrical performance of the SnO2-CuO-Nb2O5 varistor is also the best,with a high voltage gradient of 423 V/mm;The leakage current was the smallest,0.33 μA/cm2.The nonlinear coefficient is the highest,reaching 33.36.
