Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract in China,with a continuously increasing incidence and mortality rate,posing significant pressure on patients'survival and prognosis and seriously affecting their quality of life.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of research on tumor immune eva-sion mechanisms,various novel immunotherapies have emerged,which have somewhat compensated for the shortcomings of traditional therapies,such as poor treatment effects and significant toxic and side effects.As an emerging immuno-therapy,tumor vaccines can stimulate the body to produce specific immune responses against tumor antigens,activate cel-lular immunity,eliminate tumor cells,and inhibit tumor growth.This article provides a comprehensive review of different types of CRC vaccines and their clinical application effects in the treatment of CRC.
