摘要
腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术是目前右半结肠癌最主要的治疗方式,具有微创、精准的特点.明确淋巴结清扫范围、合理选择手术入路、规范肠段切除范围、安全进行肠段吻合是腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术质量控制的要点及肿瘤疗效与功能保护的基石.本文结合国内外指南、文献及本中心的实践经验,从上述四个方面对腹腔镜右半结肠癌术中关键步骤的质量控制进行论述,旨在为高质量推广腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术提供参考.
Abstract
Laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer is the most important treatment for right colon cancer,with the characteristics of minimally invasive and precises.The key points of quality control of laparoscopic radical resec-tion for right colon cancer include clarifying the lymph node dissection,selecting an appropriate surgical approach,stan-dardizing the resection range of intestinal segments,and performing safe intestinal anastomosis.These aspects serve as the foundation for both tumor treatment effectiveness and functional preservation.This article,drawing on domestic and international guidelines,literature,and practical experience from our institution,discusses the quality control of laparo-scopic radical resection for right colon cancer from the aforementioned four perspectives.Our aim is to provide a refer-ence for the high-quality promotion of laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer.
