摘要
随着外科微创技术的发展,腹腔镜结直肠手术得以广泛应用,提高了手术的安全性和患者的术后恢复速度.腔内吻合技术作为外科微创技术的核心组成部分,面临着关于质量控制的挑战.本文围绕完全腹腔镜结直肠手术腔内吻合技术的技术优势、适应证与禁忌证、围术期准备、规范化操作流程的建立、高质量器械的应用、术中监测与术后评估等方面的内容展开讨论,指出构建技术培训体系对于提升手术成功率和降低并发症发生率具有重要的作用,简要探讨该技术现阶段存在的问题、挑战和未来的发展方向.
Abstract
With the development of minimally invasive surgical techniques,the widespread adoption of laparoscopic colorectal surgery has improved surgical safety and speed of postoperative recovery in patients.As a core component of minimally invasive surgical techniques,intracorporeal anastomosis technique faces challenges in quality control.This ar-ticle discusses the technical advantages,indications,contraindications,perioperative preparation,establishment of standard-ized surgical procedures,application of high-quality instruments,intraoperative monitoring,and postoperative assessment of intracorporeal anastomosis technique in totally laparoscopic colorectal surgery.It points out that the establishment of a technical training system plays an important role in improving surgical success rates and reducing complication rates of intracorporeal anastomosis technique,and briefly explores the current issues,challenges and future directions of devel-opment of this technique.
