摘要
结直肠癌准确的病理学TNM分期对制定临床治疗方案意义重大,其中N分期即淋巴结转移的病理学评估中出现了一些新的问题,包括肿瘤沉积的判读和临床运用、淋巴结被膜侵犯的识别以及新辅助治疗之后标本中阳性淋巴结的治疗反应评估等.本文将围绕上述相关问题作简要综述,以期与同道交流.
Abstract
Accurate pathological TNM staging of colorectal cancer is of great significance in developing clinical treatment plans.However,some new issues have arisen in the pathological assessment of N-staging,i.e.,lymph node metastasis,in-cluding the interpretation and clinical application of tumor deposits,the recognition of lymph node capsular invasion,and the assessment of treatment response in positive lymph nodes in specimens from neoadjuvant therapy.This article briefly reviews the above-mentioned issues to facilitate discussions with colleagues.
