摘要
侵袭性纤维瘤病是一种罕见的局部侵袭性肿瘤,通常累及肠系膜,其没有转移潜能,但浸润性生长及局部高复发性的特点可能累及周围器官,影响患者的生活质量并可能危及生命.尽管外科手术、观察等待策略、放疗、化疗等均可作为该病的治疗方式,但没有一种方式被认为是该病的标准治疗方式.本文报道1例家族性腺瘤息肉病合并小肠系膜侵袭性纤维瘤病患者的诊治过程,并回顾总结相关文献资料,旨在为临床治疗该病提供参考.
Abstract
Aggressive fibromatosis is a rare locally aggressive tumor that usually involves the mesostenium.It has no metastatic potential,but its infiltrative growth and high local recurrence may involve surrounding organs,affecting pa-tients'quality of life and potentially threatening their lives.Although surgical resection,watch-and-wait strategy,radio-therapy,chemotherapy,etc.,can all be used as treatment options for this disease,none of them is considered the stan-dard treatment.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with familial adenomatous polyposis complicated with mesostenium aggressive fibromatosis and reviews relevant literature to provide a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
