结直肠癌筛查的研究现状

摘要
结直肠癌是严重危害人们健康的疾病之一,其发病率与死亡率位居恶性肿瘤谱前列,近年来研究者对早发性结直肠癌的关注亦有增加,而有效的结直肠癌筛查可以改善部分筛查对象的预后和减轻疾病负担.本文结合文献资料,围绕结直肠癌的筛查模式、筛查年龄、筛查技术和筛查方式的研究现状进行综述,总结研究者关注的问题和提出的改进建议,以期为后续开展并优化筛查工作提供一定的参考.
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the diseases that seriously endanger people's health,with its incidence and mortality ranking at the top of the malignant tumor spectrum.In addition,in recent years,researchers have paid increas-ing attention to early-onset colorectal cancer.Effective CRC screening can improve the prognosis and reduce the burden of disease for some screening subjects.This article provides a review of the current research status of CRC screening,fo-cusing on screening model,screening age,screening technique,and screening method,by combining literature data.It summarizes the existing issues and improvement suggestions proposed by researchers,aiming to provide a certain refer-ence for subsequent development and optimization of screening work.
