摘要

手术模拟器可以为外科医师提供模拟手术操作的机会,而单孔机器人手术系统能够提供操作灵活性和精准性优良的手术平台.本研究团队基于中国数字化可视人体数据库的数据集并结合3D打印技术构建了男性盆腔结构完整的可视化实体模型,并于本文报告应用单孔机器人手术系统(EDGE SP1000)在此模型上开展经肛全直肠系膜切除术模拟手术的实践效果,以期为该术式模拟手术训练方式的优化和该术式技术培训体系的完善提供参考,同时为临床应用EDGE SP1000开展经肛全直肠系膜切除术提供一定的理论及实践基础.

Abstract

Surgical simulators offer surgeons the opportunity to practice surgical procedures in a simulated environment,while single-port robotic surgical system provide a platform with exceptional operational flexibility and precision.Our re-search team constructed a visualized solid model of complete male pelvic structure based on the Chinese Visible Human datasets,incorporating 3D printing technology.This study reports on the practical effects of performing simulated surgery of transanal total mesorectal excision(taTME)using a single-port robotic surgical system(EDGE SP1000)on this model.The aim is to provide a reference for optimizing simulation training methods and improve the technical training system for this surgical procedure,while also laying a theoretical and practical foundation for the clinical application of the EDGE SP1000 in taTME.
