The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer(CRC)rank top in the spectrum of malignant tumors.There-fore,it is of great clinical significance to explore effective diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies.The occurrence and development of CRC are intricately linked with various inflammatory factors,thereby attracting substantial attention to re-search related to inflammatory markers and anti-inflammatory therapies.This review summarizes recent studies on mul-tiple potential inflammatory markers in CRC diagnosis and prognosis prediction,as well as investigations into anti-inflammatory therapies for CRC.Furthermore,we briefly discuss the limitations of inflammatory markers in CRC-related clinical applications and suggest future research directions.
