摘要
全直肠系膜切除术是直肠癌手术的"金标准",国内外多项临床研究证实由经验丰富的外科医师实施腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术与开腹手术具有相似的短期和长期结局.完成高质量的腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术有赖于直肠周围筋膜的显露与辨识,在此过程中术者、助手以及扶镜手的团队配合至关重要.本文结合笔者团队手术的配合经验和流程,采用分场景的方式对直肠癌腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术中层面的显露和团队的配合进行阐述.
Abstract
Total mesorectal excision(TME)is the"gold standard"for rectal cancer surgery.Multiple clinical studies in domestic and international have confirmed that laparoscopic TME performed by experienced surgeons has similar short-and long-term outcomes as open surgery.Achieving high-quality laparoscopic TME relies heavily on the exposure and identification of the fascial surrounding the rectum,during which the team cooperation among the surgeon,assistants,and the camera-holding assistant is crucial.Based on our team's surgical experience and procedures,this article elabo-rates on the layer exposure and team cooperation during laparoscopic TME for rectal cancer through scenario-based de-scriptions.
