摘要
临床中开展经肛全直肠系膜切除术的安全性和效率是倍受手术团队关注的问题,特别是初期开展该术式的手术团队.笔者团队基于所在中心开展的230余例腹腔镜辅助的经肛全直肠系膜切除术的临床实践经验,提出手术团队建设和临床应用的相关建议,以期为提升手术安全性提供临床工作参考,同时分享笔者中心的临床实践与技术培训经验,与同道交流,以期助力腹腔镜辅助的经肛全直肠系膜切除术的推广.
Abstract
The safety and efficiency of transanal total mesorectal excision(taTME)in clinical practice are critical con-cerns for surgical teams,particularly those in the early stages of adopting this technique.Based on the clinical practice experience of over 230 cases of taTME at our center,we propose recommendations on surgical team development and clinical application of this technique to provide clinical references for enhancing surgical safety.Meanwhile,we share our center's practical experiences and technical training insights with fellow professionals and hope to contribute to the broader adoption of taTME.
