Team coordination in laparoscopic left hemicolectomy
The anatomical hierarchy of the left colon is complex, adjacent to important organs such as the pancreas, spleen, and kidneys, and its blood vessels and lymphatic reflux are variable. Therefore, laparoscopic left hemicolectomy is difficult to operate, requiring not only high requirements for the surgeon but also assistants and mirror holders to have a certain understanding of the anatomical hierarchy of the left colon and proficient laparoscopic operation skills. This ar-ticle takes descending colon cancer as an illustrative example, combined with literature and the clinical practice experi-ence of the author's team,to elaborate on the team cooperation experience of laparoscopic left hemicolectomy, and to communicate with colleagues.
