摘要
达芬奇机器人在胃肠肿瘤的手术治疗中发挥着越来越大的作用,其优势逐渐被外科医师所认可.达芬奇机器人辅助右半结肠完整结肠系膜切除术手术难度较大,手术入路相对较多,各有优势.本文结合笔者团队开展的尾外侧入路翻页式机器人辅助右半结肠完整结肠系膜切除术的经验,总结达芬奇机器人辅助右半结肠完整结肠系膜切除术的流程化操作,并从手术入路的选择、操作要点等方面阐述达芬奇机器人辅助右半结肠完整结肠系膜切除术的优势,旨在为高质量推广该术式提供参考.
Abstract
The da Vinci robot is increasingly being utilized in the surgical management of gastrointestinal tumors,with its benefits widely acknowledged by surgeons.Robotic-assisted right hemicolectomy with complete mesocolic excision(CME)via the lateral caudal approach poses unique challenges and offers advantages.This article summarizes the proce-dural flow of da Vinci robot-assisted right hemicolectomy CME based on our team's experience with the lateral caudal approach and page-flipping technique.It elaborates on the advantages of this surgical approach from the perspectives of surgical route selection and operative key points,aiming to guide the high-quality promotion of this surgical method.
