摘要
直肠尿道瘘是指直肠与尿道之间形成的病理性管道,尿液中混有粪便、漏尿、反复发作的泌尿系统感染是患者就诊的主要原因.直肠尿道瘘修补手术入路众多,经腹、经会阴、经肛门括约肌、经肛门及联合入路均有报道.笔者团队收治了1例腹腔镜下前列腺根治性切除术后发生直肠尿道瘘的患者,采用腹腔镜下改良Bacon术修补瘘口,效果良好,无远期复发.本文报告该患者的临床诊治过程,以期为临床同类患者的治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Rectourethral fistula refers to a pathological communication formed between the rectum and the urethra.Fecal-uria,urinary incontinence,and recurrent urinary tract infections are the main reasons for patients to seek medical atten-tion.Multiple surgical approaches for rectourethral fistula repair have been reported,including transabdominal,transperi-neal,transsphincteric,transanal,and combined approaches.Our team encountered a case of rectourethral fistula that de-veloped after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.The fistula was successfully repaired using a laparoscopic modified Ba-con procedure,with excellent outcomes and no long-term recurrence.This article reports the clinical diagnosis,treatment process,and outcome of this patient,aiming to provide reference for the treatment of similar clinical patients.
