摘要
坏死性筋膜炎临床发病率不高,外科清创和广谱抗生素应用是其治疗的主要方法.及时的外科清创引流是挽救患者生命的关键,其中,清创时的解剖探查和引流方式需在影像学联合临床的指导下进行.尤其是当病变严重延伸至前腹壁、胭窝和大腿等位置时,彻底的清创和充分的引流是降低患者死亡率的重要措施.本文报道1例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者的诊治经过,与同道交流相关临床诊疗经验.
Abstract
Necrotizing fasciitis has a low clinical incidence,and surgical debridement combined with broad-spectrum anti-biotics represents the primary treatment approach.Timely surgical debridement and drainage are crucial for saving pa-tients'lives,with anatomical exploration during debridement and drainage methods requiring guidance from both imag-ing and clinical assessments.Particularly when the lesion severely extends to the anterior abdominal wall,popliteal fossa,thighs,and other locations,thorough debridement and adequate drainage are vital measures to reduce mortality.This ar-ticle reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with perianal necrotizing fasciitis,aiming to share relevant clinical experiences with colleagues.
