回授教育联合照片治疗在结直肠癌永久性肠造口患者中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨回授教育联合照片治疗在结直肠癌永久性肠造口患者中的应用效果.方法 收集2022年2月至2023年6月于我院接受永久性肠造口术并有效完成随访的55例结直肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.患者于住院期间至术后12周内,接受分阶段的关于造口护理的回授教育和分阶段的照片治疗.记录术后12周内的造口相关并发症发生情况.以出院时和术后13周作为评价时间点,对比患者的病耻感(通过社会影响量表评价)和生活质量(通过造口患者生活质量量表评价).结果 术后12周内,造口相关并发症的发生率为9.1％(5/55).术后13周,社会影响量表各维度评分和量表总分较出院时降低,造口患者生活质量量表各维度评分和量表总分较出院时升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 回授教育联合照片治疗可以帮助结直肠癌永久性肠造口患者获得较好的居家造口护理效果,减轻其病耻感并提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objectives To investigate the effectiveness of teach-back health education combined with Photo Therapy in colorectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 55 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent permanent enterostomy in our hospital between February 2022 and June 2023 and completed effective follow-up.During hospitalization and up to 12 weeks post-surgery,patients received staged teach-back health education on stoma care and staged Photo Therapy.The incidence of stoma-related complications within 12 weeks post-surgery was recorded.Comparisons of patients'stigma of the disease,assessed by the Social Impact Scale(SIS),and quality of life,assessed by the Stoma-Quality of Life(SQOL)scale,were made at dis-charge and 13 weeks post-surgery.Results The incidence of stoma-related complications within 12 weeks post-surgery is 9.1％(5/55).At 13 weeks post-surgery,the scores of each dimension and the total score of SIS significantly de-creased compared to those at discharge(P＜0.05).Meanwhile,the scores of each dimension and the total score of the SQOL scale significantly increased compared to those at discharge(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combining teach-back health education with Photo Therapy can help colorectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy achieve better nursing ef-fectiveness of stoma care,reduce the stigma of the disease,and improve their quality of life.
