Experimental Study on Preparation and Stability of Methanol —Diesel Microemulsion
The methanol diescl micro-emulsion was prepared by mixing surfactants oleic acid,diethanolamine,span80,OP-4 in the methanol-diesel hybrid system. And by orthogonal experiment method and viscosity index ,the impact of preparation temperature, stirring time, stirring speed, cosurfactant dosage and methanol content on stability of the methanol diesel micro-emulsion were investigated. The experimental results show that when m(oleic acid)/m (diethanolamine)/ m (span80)/m(OP-4) = 10:2:3:2,content of dissolved methanol increases to the maximum ,viscosity index of the sample is minimum ,viscosity change is minimum at the constant temperature 50 ℃,which presents the best stability of methanol diesel micro-emulsion formula, the order of impact factors is as follows: methanol content > preparation temperature> stirring time> cosurfactant dosage> stirring speed.Methanol diesel microemulsions with best stability can be prepared under the experimental conditions of temperature 30 ℃,stirring time 12min,stirring speed 300 r/min,methanol 5.0 % (wt).
