一种煤粉悬浮剂的实验研究及注入工艺

煤层气排采过程中,地层产液携带煤粉进入生产管柱中,随着中后期产液量下降,若煤粉不能及时从泵筒和油管中被携带至地面,而在泵筒中沉淀,使凡尔不能复位造成泵漏失,甚至煤粉堆积造成卡泵、埋泵等井下故障,会严重影响煤层气开采效率.针对煤粉沉积的问题,采用往井筒中注入一定配比活性剂的悬浮液,悬浮液具有在低浓度时吸附在煤粉表面使其悬浮于水中的特性,降低临界携煤粉流速.在此基础上,通过有杆泵使井筒中悬浮的煤粉尽快返排至地面,以减少对井筒的伤害.通过实验方法测试出粒径100目(0.150 mm)以下的煤粉在不同质量分数表面活性剂作用下,最大悬浮率可达28.57%,在排液采气流量不变的情况下,有效提升了煤粉携带的性能,降低因煤粉堵塞原因引起的油气田主流生产泵的故障率,煤层气的长效排采对气田稳产、高产具有重要意义.
In the process of coal-bed methane drainage,the formation liquid carries coal powder into the production pipe string.With the decrease of liquid production in the middle and late stages,if the coal powder cannot be carried from the pump barrel and oil pipe to the surface in time,it will precipitate in the pump barrel,so that the pump leakage cannot be restored,and even the accumulation of coal powder will cause underground faults such as stuck pump and buried pump,which will seriously affect the coal-bed methane mining efficiency.To solve the problem of pulverized coal deposition,a suspension with a certain proportion of active agent is injected into the wellbore.The suspension can adsorb on the surface of pulverized coal at a low concentration and make it suspended in water,thus reducing the critical pulverized coal carrying velocity.On this basis,the coal suspended in the shaft is returned to the surface as soon as possible by rod pump to reduce the damage to the shaft.Through the method,the maximum suspension rate of pulverized coal with particle size below 100 mesh(0.150 mm)can reach 27.33%under the action of different mass fractions of surfactants.Under the condition of constant drainage gas production flow,the performance of pulverized coal carrying is effectively improved,and the failure rate of the main production pump of oil and gas field caused by pulverized coal plugging is reduced.The long-term discharge and production of coalbed methane is of great significance to the stable and high production of gas fields.
