In order to explore the influencing factors of the abrasion resistance of sodium alginate-embedded particles,taking SA-embedded activated sludge particles as the research object,the effects of SA addition and different embedding enhancers on the abrasion resistance of particles were explored.The results showed that the wear resistance of granular sludge prepared by increasing the amount of SA was also enhanced,but when the addition amount was higher than 2.0%,the effect of enhancing the wear resistance was very weak.The enhanced abrasion resistance of the particles had no significant effect on the conductance and COD of the water samples.The addition of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),carrageenan and other embedded enhancers alone could not increase the wear resistance of the particles,polyacrylic acid superabsorbent(PA),polyvinylpyrrolidone-K30/-K90 could reduce the wear resistance of the particles;the composite addition of CMC/PA,carrageenan/PA had significant effect on the wear resistance of the particles.The enhancement effect of carrageenan/PA was slightly better than that of CMC/PA,and increasing the addition of carrageenan had enhanced effect on the abrasion resistance of particles.
