摘要

研究了以多产乙烯原料为目的的蜡油加氢裂化烃类分子反应规律.研究发现,随着转化率的增加,加氢裂化所产重石脑油不同碳数的链烷烃含量均呈现增加的趋势.重石脑油中链烷烃主要以异构烷烃为主,正异构比随着转化率的增加而降低.加氢裂化所产航煤烟点随着转化率的增加而增加,芳烃含量呈现下降的趋势.当转化率大于50%时,航煤烟点能够达到25 mm以上.随着转化率的增加,>260℃尾油中链烷烃含量逐渐增加,芳烃含量逐渐降低,当转化率大于 60%时,尾油BMCI值可以降低至 10 以下.加氢裂化所产尾油中主要以异构烷烃为主,正异构比例均在0.35以下.随着转化率的提高,尾油中的异构烷烃比例逐渐增加.

Abstract

The reaction law of hydrocarbon molecules in wax oil hydrocracking with the aim of producing more ethylene raw materials was studied.It was found that with the increase of conversion rate,the content of alkanes with different carbon numbers in the heavy naphtha produced by hydrocracking showed an increasing trend.The main alkanes in heavy naphtha were isomeric alkanes,and the normal to isomeric ratio decreased with increasing conversion rate.The smoke point of aviation kerosene produced by hydrocracking increased with the increase of conversion rate,while the aromatic content showed a decreasing trend.When the conversion rate was greater than 50%,the smoke point of aviation kerosene could reach over 25 mm.As the conversion rate increased,the content of alkanes in the tail oil above 260℃gradually increased,while the content of aromatics gradually decreased.When the conversion rate was greater than 60%,the BMCI value of the tail oil was reduced to below 10.The tail oil produced by hydrocracking was mainly composed of isomeric alkanes,with normal to isomeric ratios below 0.35.As the conversion rate increased,the proportion of isomeric alkanes in the tail oil gradually increased.
