ZnO/SnO2复合光催化剂的制备及性能研究

摘要
以C4H10O6Zn为主要原料,采用共沉淀法和煅烧相结合的方法合成ZnO/SnO2复合光催化剂.探究催化剂在紫外线下对亚甲基蓝的去除率,探讨了包括SnO2与ZnO摩尔比、煅烧条件等制备条件对复合催化剂性能的影响.研究发现,当复合物中SnO2与ZnO摩尔比为9%、水与乙醇体积比为3∶2、超声60 min、煅烧温度为700℃、热处理5 h时,制备的复合材料光催化性能最好.利用XRD、UV-Vis-DRS、SEM、PL等检测手段对复合材料进行表征,证明该复合材料保留了稳定的ZnO和SnO2的主体结构,并在界面形成了异质结,降低了电子-空穴对的复合率,其光催化效果明显优于纯ZnO和纯SnO2两种材料.
Abstract
ZnO/SnO2 composite photocatalyst was synthesized with C4H10O6Zn as main raw material by coprecipitation and calcination.The removal rate of methylene blue under ultraviolet light was analyzed,and the effects of preparation conditions on the performance of the composite catalyst,including the mole ratio of SnO2 to ZnO and calcination conditions,were discussed.It was found that when the molar ratio of SnO2 to ZnO was 9%,the volume ratio of water to ethanol was 3∶2,ultrasonic time was 60 min,calcination temperature was 700℃,and heat treatment time was 5 h,the photocatalytic performance of the composite was the best.The composite was characterized by XRD,UV-Vis-DRS,SEM,PL and other detection methods.It was proved that the composite retained stable ZnO and SnO2 main structure and formed heterojunction at the interface,which reduced the electron-hole pair recombination rate.The photocatalytic effect of the composite was obviously better than that of pure ZnO and pure SnO2.
