摘要

阐述了用玉米芯颗粒为培养基的载体并添加黑曲霉生长所需的营养液而制备的黑曲霉孢子.玉米芯在通过外加营养物质,调整玉米芯培养基的营养成分含量分别为:碳氮比 1.0~2.0,氮磷比 1.5~2.5,淀粉含量(质量分数)9.26%~13.36%.该种玉米芯培养基培养的黑曲霉孢子纯度高、数量多、质量好.培养的孢子接入到柠檬酸种子培养基中进行种子培养,再将得到的种子培养液接入到柠檬酸发酵培养基中进行发酵产酸.该方法培养孢子不仅能够降低孢子培养成本,还能够提高黑曲霉孢子的质量和稳定性,进而提高后续柠檬酸发酵的质量和稳定性.

Abstract

The preparation of Aspergillus Niger spores by using corn cob particles as medium carrier and adding the nutrient solution needed for Aspergillus Niger growth was described.The spore was inserted into the citric acid seed medium for seed culture,and then obtained seed culture medium was inserted into the citric acid fermentation medium for acid production.This method can not only reduce the cost of spore culture,but also improve the quality and stability of Aspergillus Niger spores,and then improve the quality and stability of subsequent citric acid fermentation.
