摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定胃镜消泡剂中羟苯乙酯钠的含量,色谱条件:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm),以甲醇-1%冰乙酸溶液(60∶40)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为256 nm,柱温为30℃.结果表明:羟苯乙酯钠在2.41～24.14 µg·mL-1 范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为107.02%,RSD为1.37%.该方法简便、准确,可用于胃镜消泡剂中羟苯乙酯钠的含量控制.
Abstract
Sodium ethylparaben content in gastroscope defoamer was detected by using HPLC,with the column of Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methano-1%acetic acid solution(60∶40)at a flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 256 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.The results showed that sodium ethylparaben had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.41～24.14 µg·mL-1(r=1.000 0).The average recovery was 107.02%with RSD of 1.37%.The established method was simple and accurate,and could be used for the quality control of sodium ethylparaben agent in gastroscope defoamer.
