聚乙烯中几种已知助剂的红外光谱分析

摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法对聚乙烯中的3种已知助剂进行了定性剖析,通过对比单一助剂、聚乙烯粉料、助剂与聚乙烯粉料共混样品的红外谱图,确定了助剂在聚乙烯中的特征吸收峰.以抗氧剂A为例,通过溶液预混再造粒的方法,配置了一系列含有不同质量分数抗氧剂A的聚乙烯标准样品,依据朗伯-比尔定律,建立了聚乙烯中抗氧剂A的定量分析标准曲线,方程为y=0.025 8x-0.014 7,相关系数R2=0.998 5,当抗氧剂A质量分数较小时,红外响应值较弱,误差较大,当抗氧剂A质量分数大于 0.100 0%时,测试结果的相对误差和相对标准偏差均在5%以内,能够满足科研生产分析需求.
Abstract
Qualitative analysis of three known additives in polyethylene was analyzed by FTIR,the characteristic absorption peaks of additives in polyethylene were determined by comparing the infrared spectra of single additives,polyethylene powder,and blends of additives and polyethylene powder.Taking antioxidant A as an example,a series of polyethylene standard samples containing different mass fractions of antioxidant A were prepared by solution premixing and pelletizing,based on Lambert-Beer's law,the quantitative analysis standard curve of antioxidant A in polyethylene was established,the equation was y = 0.025 8x-0.014 7,the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.998 5,when the mass fraction of antioxidant A was smaller,the infrared response values were weak,the results had a bigger error,when the mass fraction of additive A was larger than 0.100 0%,the relative errors and RSD were within 5%,which met the needs of scientific research and production analysis.
